Changing Your Account Password

 In this article, we will guide you through the essential steps to change your Chek account password. Keeping your password updated is crucial for maintaining the security of your Chek account and protecting your personal information. By following the steps outlined below, you can change your account password easily and ensure continued account safety.

Essential steps on How to Change Account Password

1. Login to your Chek account

2. Once logged in you will see your Account Profile
3. At the top right corner of the profile you will see the user icon
4. Click on the user icon

5. After click the icon, you will see 2 options: Account and Security
6. Under security, select Change Password

7. When changing passwords you will be asked to fill out the ff.:
   1. Previous Password
   2. New Password
   3. Confirm Password

8. Your password must meet the following conditions:
   1. 8 characters
   2. 1 uppercase and lowercase letter
   3. 1 number
   4. 1 special character
