You can manage your passkeys in the Security section of your Chek app settings.
If you have not yet created a passkey, your list will appear empty until one is created.
Within the Passkeys settings, you can:
View: See a list of all your linked passkeys.
Create: Generate new passkeys for new devices and browsers.
Rename: Change the name of a passkey for easier identification.
Remove: Delete a passkey from your Chek account.
**NOTE** Deleting a passkey from your Chek account DOES NOT Automatically remove the passkey from your device, and vice versa.
If you decide to delete a passkey from either your device or your Chek account, you must also ensure it has been removed from BOTH locations
Additional Notes:
- If you lose your device or it gets damaged, you can still access your Chek account using your remaining linked passkeys on other devices.
- You also have the option to sign in with the One-Time Passcode (OTP) solution if you are unable to use your passkey for any reason.
- If you encounter any issues with passkeys, check out our other support articles, or contact Chek support for assistance.
